On June 16, 2022 (CHST), GEM hosted a two-hour interactive webinar with a panel of youth that contributed to the GEM ISLETs throughout the project. Youth responded to questions about their understanding of their community’s challenges, the importance of being geo-literate as a Pacific Islander, and their advice for others that want to learn more about their skies, lands, and waters. Their energy and enthusiasm was critical to GEM and inspired us to focus on the future of our skies, land, and waters.
